Here's just a quick reminder that World of Tanks' Update 8.11 will be availlable to all European and Russian players tomorrow, February 12 and hit North American and South Korean servers one day later.

The patch wil introduce an all-new experimental combat mode, Confrontation, which will be available for vehicles of all tiers and weight classes, except for Chinese and Japanese tanks. Depending on the specific nation their tanks are from, players will be grouped into teams to go head-to-head against a rival squad with comparable tanks from a different nation.

Besides this experimental competitive gameplay element that still needs balacing tweaks, Update 8.11 will also bring a revised version of the Ruinberg map, now featuring fire and rain, a revamped Himmelsdorf map with winter setting as well as Windstorm, a brand new European winter battle arena.
