Monster Madness Online has just entered its Alpha 1 public testing. The upcoming action RPG shooter is now available across Windows, Mac, PC, Linux and Web Browser while versions for Android and iOS are still in development.

Set in the popular Monster Madness universe, the title offers in-depth customisation options for players to create truly unique characters that can then be upgraded with weapons and gear. This way, even their character classes can be customised. They may also train pets which will assist them in battle.

"Giving players super early access to the game lets the community be directly involved in the development of Monster Madness Online," told Jeremy Stieglitz, director at Nom Nom Games. "Fans can have input into features they would like to see in the final game."

Monster Madness Online allows players to participate in 4-player co-op campaign missions, survival mode, and competitive PvP on battlegrounds for up to 16 players. In celebration of its first public Alpha, the game has received new content and features, including 6 new types of enemies, a new boss, "The Diremarsh" survival map, a new story mission as well as new weapons, abilities, pets and cosmetic items.
