Gameforge has announced that the European version of TERA has received the Lost Isle update, a few months after its release for the North American version of TERA (take a look at our impressions of the Lost Isle update HERE). This update adds to the game several new features, such as a starting area, new and better character creation options or a new game system that helps returning players.

The new starting zone is called Stepstone and offers players a new tutorial experience more comprehensive and intuitive with a new storyline that will allow us to reach level 11. The update also brings improvements to some social features, such as custom chat channels; in addition the private channels are now in a different menú and the Looking for Group chat only show messages from players with a similar level. Also if you enter into the game during the patch week you will get a permanent "Winged Band".
