We dedicated some of our time during this week to checking out Firefly Studios' F2P empire-building MMO title Stronghold Kingdoms, which allows players to found their personal medieval settlement and rise up from nothing as they interact with players from all around the world as well as intelligent AI across a massive world map, hoping to seek out prosperity and to create a flourishing empire.

When having a first glimpse into the game, we chose the map of the British Isles where we established our settlement in our actual home county of Lancashire, dreaming of ruling over our real-world hometown one day. However, such a goal may regrettably be a little bit too far away, so that we concentrated on the tutorial for our video as well as on having a look at the various features such as constructing our castle, erecting buildings in our settlement an studying the details of the research tree.
