Paragon Studios and NCsoft have announced the launch of Street Justice, a new primary power set for City of Heroes Freedom, suitable for the Brute, Scrappers and Stalkers archetypal character classes and a cast of secondary powers for Tankers. The melee attacks to improve and allow players to strengthen their powers to destroy opponents with their finishing moves.
