ArenaNet has announced Cutthroat Politics the latest content update for Guild Wars 2, which is going live 23^rd July. In Cutthroat Politics, players, through their votes, will bring about permanent changes to the world of Tyria, because they'll have the opportunity to support either the war hero Ellen Kiel or the prominent merchant Evon Gnashblade to grab a vacant seat on the Captain’s Council of Lion’s Arch, and strike a lucrative trade agreement with the merchants of the Zephyr Sanctum. The update also brings with it new events, rewards and features.
