The 2nd portion of the Cold Peak update today introduces to Warface the new co-op map 'Ambush', which challenges teams with storming the ruined Siberian castle the Blackwood have chosen as their stronghold.

Following on from the 'Spearhead' map in Operation Cold Peak, Ambush is part of a new series of missions that bring winter to Warface and put even the most seasoned players to the toughest of tests.

With today's update, players will moreover benefit from a series of special gifts as well as multitude of festive content. Starting today, players will be rewarded on a daily basis all through December 25 for logging in to the game, with rewards ranging from Christmas-themed weapons to Yuletide outfits and bonus Warface dollars.

This is even topped with 2 new items that are now available at the store: a powerful pistol in the form of a Christmas cracker which goes off with a considerably huger bang though, and a Christmas Gift Box that doubles as a devious directional mine.
