With Global Strike, NGames' newest browser-based MMOFPS, the company aims at bringing back the traditional 1st-person shooter gaming. The game today enters open beta testing and is available to everyone who wants to check it out.

As Global Strike doesn't use any plug-in, players are able to play the game simply by opening their preferred browser. Thanks to its non-client technology and self-optimising engine, a smooth gaming experience is delivered to all users, with 60 frames for low-configuration computers.

The in-game Boot camp mode allows for an easier start into the game, enabling new players to practise against AI targets in preparation for actual matches. They are able to choose match opponents with similar abilities and set the game difficulty on their own.
