Sandbox Interactive has released today the Aurelius update to the closed beta of Albion Online that among other things adds to the game new PvP contents, new interface features and several general gameplay improvements.

Among the most interesting innovations of Aurelius we can find three new types of dungeon, where players can fight against various types of enemies and new bosses; in addition these dungeons will have multiple entries, making them PVP hot zones. The update also adds new safe zone hellgates which will allow us to access into hell dungeons in groups up to 5 players where we can fight against hordes of demons and where we can find other groups of players; these dungeons are designed to introduce newer players to PVP. In the update we can also enjoy 10 new spells and skills which can be founded in different weapons.

In addition to all this new content, the update delivers a range of playability improvements, including chat channels, right click movement and forced combat mode, to force the character to move by right-clicking (preventing the character from accidentally harvesting or looting in combat), and spell ready highlight so players can see when a spell is ready.
