Elsword pushes every hero on the roster to their limits. KOG Games today announces the launch of the Transcendence Update. See the new video below. In Phase 1 of the all new Transcendence update series, Elsword players have the ability to unlock 1 Active and 1 Passive Skill for each character at level 70, level 80, and level 90; each skill bracket more powerful than the last.
Once in-game, a quick glance at the skill bar will show a peculiar new set of skill slots, marked with a seal, reserved specifically for the new Transcendence Skills. To unlock the new active powers, a 5-part quest series must be completed. Once completed, the new skills can be placed into these new slots. However, that's just the tip of the iceberg. If all new skills for every character wasn't enough, Transcendence will provide each character with an altered, stronger Awakening state, and awakened, existing Skills are enhanced.
The second thing is Hero Dungeon: Hell Mode! This new infernal dungeon mode guarantees that a jaunt through the battlefields of yesteryear insures that you come out a changed player... in a big way. Two big updates back to back will put the all new Transcendence skills to the test, and of course separate the men from the boys, and the warrior maidens of Elrios from the... well, you get the point. This is no walk in a nice, well-lit, suburbanite park!
With the launch of this kind of content, KOG would be remiss in their duties if they didn't pitch in some awesome Events, Livestreams and amazing prizes to help kick off the whole affair. With a Level Jump Event, 3 different Transcendence Quest types, Equipment Cube prizes, Stated, glowy Symbols (just for logging in for 10 minutes), NPC tradable tickets and much more.
