H1Z1: King of the Hill has received a new content update introducing improvements to the UI and the crafting system, changes to the hit registration, three new zones in the World map and new vehicle skins. Additionally, the Skirmishes (weekend game mode with rotating rule sets) are back. Watch the developer update video below.

With this update, the inventory screen and the crafting system have been simplified. Both elements are now more user-friendly.

The hit registration has been improved, providing with greater consistency. It's now possible to fire weapons regardless of the proximity to an object. Also, the shotgun has been revamped.
