Berserk: The Cataclysm, the free-to-play MMO collectible Card Game, has received today a new expansion called "PvP Update", which adds to the game weekly and monthly 1vs1 Elo-based league. In these leagues we can fight eliminatory matches, that will use a ranked ladder ruled by the Elo rating system, a mathematical method that uses statistical calculations than to know the relative skill level of each player. In these battles we will face opponents of a similar level and we will be rewarded with prizes that will depend on the rank that we have achieved at the end of each season.

With this update we can also enjoy two types of classic tournaments: the Standard tournaments and the Swiss tournaments. In the standard tournaments we will move through rounds of playoffs to reach the final round. The Swiss tournaments use the standard competition score system both for individual as well as team competitions worldwide.
