With Blackrock Mountain, Blizzard has just announced the next expansion for Hearthstone, which will introduce 31 new cards inspired by the legendary mountain as well as new bosses to the Adventure mode.

Blackrock Mountain is scheduled for release on PC, Windows and Android tablets as well as iPad in April, with pre-orders already starting on March 19. Those who pre-order will receive an exclusive themed card back. While the entire Adventure will be available at a price of $24.99, players also have the option of purchasing it wing by wing for either $6.99 or 700 in-game gold.

The expansion will thrust players into the centre of a war raging between several forces that fight for control of the mountain. Dark Iron dwarves, fire elementals and dragons will be their opponnets, before they will finally face off against iconic menaces from the Warcraft universe, including Ragnaros, the Firelord.
