Set in Ancient China Conquer Online is a free to play isometric top down MMORPG where players control their own hero, work towards completing quests, engaging in hardcore PVP, fighting in PVE and working towards gathering gear and building up their character. The game promotes itself as being free to play and so we’re putting it through the F2PMeter, starting at 100% free to play and removing points as we progress depending on what answers we get from our questions!

The game can be downloaded and played for free.



There is an optional VIP system where players must make a payment into their account, the more they pay the higher their VIP level, which unlocks more improved features for the game such as being able to access VIP only buildings, markets, special repair options, extra XP, etc.

When players add money to their account, which increases their VIP level, they also convert this money into Conquer Points, which is a virtual premium currency. This gives them access to the Shopping Mall, which is a shop where unique items can only be purchased with Conquer Points.



There are various types of advantages that can be purchased with microtransactions, ranging from being able to level up your gear with a purchased item, gain XP more quickly for weapons, but there are also a variety of cosmetic skins and mounts as well.



There are no UI customization options.



All classes are available to free to play accounts, there are 6 classes available and 7 sub-classes that will be added.



Players can open up their own booths in the marketplace, finding an unoccupied flag they can set out their own blanket and sell items in their shop, there are also options to create a Merchant account where none of your items and equipment are protected by the Forbidden Sale system.



Players have a Warehouse to store their items and silver in, which they can access from a city (though they are not interconnected apart from accessing silver), and require players to visit them directly. VIP 1 players have access to their Remote Warehouse feature, an added advantage where they can access their items from anywhere.



No areas in the game appear to be restricted to free to play players.



Access to all content for PVP and PVE is available without paying money.



There’s plenty to do in game and none of the core features are restricted, from classes to content, however players wanting to play competitively at the high end will suffer from the pay to win aspects of players being able to advance much more quickly than free to player members.
