Trion Worlds has started the year strongly, releasing a new update for Archeage; the update called Bloodsong, brings with it the first Puzzle Dungeon, called Mistsong Summit, where we will explore the the world of the forgotten demigoddess Aria, 2 new PvP arenas, 14 all-new quests related to the Mistsong Summit storyline, new achievements and rewards, new armors and 50 new furtinure pieces.

Two new types of Balanced Arena modes will be available from level 30; the first one named Sparring Arena, its a 1vs1 arena, while in the second, named Skirmish Arena, its a 3v3 arena. In these arenas players can choose among eight Gladiator sets, which will automatically scale to level 55, and disable all buffs and consumables.

The update also bring new player housing options, a new fishing boat named Moby Drake and the ability to use a battle pet and a mount simultaneously.
