We've lately dedicated some of our time to check out Krosmaster Arena, Ankama Games' newest title that fuses figurines collecting and battle arena MMO. Players control their own team of figurines and compete in one-on-one fights against other players to gain glory an in-game currency in order to enlarge their figurine collection.

In addition to the online game, which is kind of an expansion for 2 of Ankama’s MMORPGs, Dofus and Wakfu, there’s also a physical tabletop version of Krosmaster Arena available for purchase in retail stores. Those titles all share the same universe, allowing players to obtain new digital figurines for their Krosmaster Arena collection through all of them (including the physical tabletop game).

For our first look gameplay video, we’ve given the MMO a very first shot and started out with the starter figurines to compete in 2 ranked battles against other real opponents with interesting outcome.
