Today, we want to bring you this selection of the 10 best free-to-play shooter MMOs that most caught our attention in May 2015. Since Firefall is the only shooter that managed to defend its position, the attentive reader will notice quite a few changes in comparison to last month's ranking.
New respectively back to our list of the 10 best shooter MMOs of the month are M.A.T - Mission Against Terror and Piercing Blow and while Hawken, S.K.I.L.L. - Special Force 2 and PlanetSide 2 are among this month's climbers, other MMOs fall back behind, which, for example, is the case ofBlacklight Retribution, Combat Arms: Line of Sight and Heroes & Generals.
As we don't want to reveal any more details, you will have to take a look for youself to find out their individual ranking and discover which shooter has reached the very top in May 2015.

6 - Blacklight Retribution
Blacklight Retribution is a free-to-play multiplayer online first-person shooter based in a futuristic urban warzone. By fully utilizing Unreal 3 technology and implementing DirectX 11, it provides gamers with stunning graphics. Players have access to a massive arsenal of weaponry and gear ranging from bleeding edge side arms to massive mechanized Hardsuits.

5 - Combat Arms: Line of Sight
Combat Arms: Line of Sight is a fast-paced military-themed MMOFPS that combines exceptional superhuman powers and real-world military weapons. Players will be able to completely customise their weapons before jumping into intence battles featuring fireballs and meteor strikes.
