Today, we want to bring you this selection of the 10 best free-to-play shooter MMOs that most caught our attention in October 2014. The attentive reader will notice quite a few changes in comparison to last month's ranking, as only one shooter - namely PlanetSide 2 - iscable to defend its position. Back among the 10 best shooter MMOs of the months are Alliance of Valiant Arms (A.V.A.) and F.E.A.R. Online while MMOs such as Blacklight Retribution, Heroes & Generals, Ghost Recon Online and Hawken have fallen back behind, giving way to this month's climbers, Dizzel and Warface among others.
As we don't want to reveal any more details, you will have to take a look for youself to find out their individual ranking and discover which shooter has reached the very top in October 2014.

8 - F.E.A.R. Online
F.E.A.R. Online is the latest free-to-play instalment in the popular horror FPS series that delivers hardcore multiplayer shooting action while driving forward the dark and ominous story surrounding Alma Wade in cooperative scenarios. 3 - Hawken
Hawken is a free-to-play online multiplayer mech-based first-person shooter that puts players in the pilot seat of a giant robotic war machine.
