The Phoebe expansion for EVE Online is scheduled for release on November 4th, introducing the largest changes to the game in years. Player may alreday look forward to player-owned areas (nullsec) as well as new opportunities for exploration and evolutions to major systems like the skill queue, Invention, market trading, notifications or the sensor overlay.
