gPotato has launched the new expansion for Rappelz, called Epic VIII: Onslaught. The new expansion brings a new Battle Arena that has 3 game modes, Team Deathmatch, Domination and King of the Hill in various maps, five elite field bosses to tame, a new system to improve the gear, among other innovations.

The new bosses, awakened by an ancient magic, are the fearsome Blight Ogre, the corrupt Baphomet, the elusive Undine, the mighty Minotaurus, and the versatile Drillbot. These powerful enemies can be tamed and used as allies. The expansion also brings, the new "Awakening" system that will add additional random statistics to your weapons, but can also subtract some statistics that can be removed with a "Sealing Scroll".
