R2Games has announced that their newest browser MMORPG Shadowbound has started today its Open Alpha Test. The alpha will last six days and offers players the chance to try the character classes, some quest areas, tactical battles and a dark world with a story filled with conspiracies, dangers and intrigues. When the alpha finishes all player characters will be deleted, and the developers will proceed to study community feedback, which plays a vital role in R2Games' development process.

Main features:

• Puzzle Dungeons: Take on tile-based challenges with multiple paths to victory


• Companions: Form a team of NPC allies, level them up, and equip them for battle


• Team Combat: Deploy your party strategically to counter your foes


• Preview Content: Try higher-level content early to plan the perfect build


• Community: Join or create a guild and take part in epic PvP action
