Sony Online Entertainment has announced a partnership with the publisher ProSiebenSat.1, which will manage the bulk of SoE titles in Europe, including:
DC Universe Online,
Free Realms,
EverQuest,
EverQuest II,
Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures and many others.
This "handover" will allow players to improve their gaming experience on all SoE MMO's, confident that the new publisher will do a great job.

The player reaction from this as expressed on all game related forums has been universally negative. There have been mass cancellations, player petitions and a high level of rage.
Far from being a financial success this move is likely to cause further red ink on the balance books of the already struggling Sony Online Entertainment.
