CABAL 2 has introduced an interesting feature that will revitalize its dungeons, the Challenge Mode. With this new game mode we can revisit classic dungeons (from level 45) as the Calm Snowy Fields, the Hall of the Recluse, the Heavenly Citadel and the Lupurs Excavation Site, where we will fight waves of bosses and powerful enemies in timed battles, which will increased after we defeat a boss. The system also features rankings that will allow players to see who are the most skilled players.

This new mode also brings with it a new type of equipment, the runes; whenever we've completed a Challenge mode dungeon we'll receive a Rune. These Runes offer players an increase in stats we can upgrade them through the Rune Transformation System.
