We thought today was the right time to present our exclusive selection of the 10 best free-to-play browser games in August 2014. In comparison to last month, some quite tremendous changes have taken place, as only two MMOs managed to maintain their position, namely Drakensang Online and Zombies Ate My Pizza.
After a short break, Supremacy 1914 reenters our ranking and causes some of its competitors to fall back behind, which is true for Battlestar Galactica Online, Pirate Storm and Forge of Empires. Among this month's climber are The Settlers Online, KingsRoad and Panzer General Online to only name a few

4 - KingsRoad
KingsRoad is a free-to-play action massively multiplayer role-playing game in which you take on the role of a Knight, Wizard or Archer, which present the game’s three dynamic classes you can freely switch between without the need to create another character. You will embark on an adventurous journey across the fantasy world of Alderstone, fighting off the threatening malice forces that terrorise the realm. Along the way, you will loot useful items and gear, level up your classes and get access to various features.
3 - Supremacy 1914
Supremacy 1914 is a free-to-play MMORTS in which players become head of a mighty nation in precarious Europe after the turn of the century. The players face the challenge to become the undisputed sovereign leaders of the whole continent using smart diplomacy or simply the brute force of their glorious armies.
2 - Panzer General Online
In Panzer General Online, players get to build up and command their own World War II forces in battle against competitive AI or players from across the world in exciting turn-based duels.
