We thought it was time to have an extended glance at Tribal Wars 2, which is currently in closed beta testing, in order to get an in-depth impression of the successor of InnoGames’ successful Tribal Wars, which was among the very first free-to-play strategy titles on the market. Instead of updating the original, the developers opted for creating a sequel, making it bigger and better, adding new features and updating the graphics and creating a more modern and user-friendly UI.

When taking a first glimpse, we were able to experience the initial 20 minutes of gameplay during which we played through the tutorial that explained the basics of city building and unit training and got an idea of what you can expect from this medieval strategy browser MMO.
